A German-made SIG Sauer P220 Target in .45 Auto, modern production, serial G399346. It carries a 5-inch barrel, a two-tone finish over an alloy frame, wood grips and a tritium front sight. The bore is bright with strong rifling and the pistol is rated excellent overall. It comes in its case with a spare magazine.

For a New Jersey shooter this is a range pistol first: a long sight radius, a full-size grip and the weight of an alloy-framed .45 that settles between shots. Handgun permits in the state call for an approved safety course taken within the previous four years, so a target-grade P220 is a natural step for someone who has done that training and wants a pistol to practice with. The tritium front sight also helps in dim indoor bays, and the spare magazine cuts reloading between strings.
