Firearm Transfers: All firearm purchases require transfer through a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). It is your responsibility to provide a valid FFL dealer for transfer and to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm purchases, transfers, and possession.
Limitation of Liability: Highbridge Armory is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the courts of Daviess County, Kentucky.
