The 688 Performance Sporting B-Fast is Beretta's adjustable over-and-under for clay targets: 30-inch vent rib barrels with extended removable chokes and 3-inch chambers, a blued finish, and a black laminate stock with a 14.75-inch pull. The B-Fast hardware lets you move the comb and heel to fit your face and shoulder, and the grip has a right-hand palm swell. The supplier lists the gun as new; the photo is a stock image.

This is a sporting clays gun first, built for a New Jersey shooter who spends weekends at a club rather than in a tree stand. Being a 12 gauge with 3-inch chambers it could carry slugs or buckshot in the state's deer seasons, since a two-barrel gun holds well under the three-shell limit, but the 30-inch barrels and adjustable stock are set up for breaking targets. Fit it once and it stays fitted.
