Is the optic cut proprietary to SIG optics only?
The slide is milled specifically for the SIG ROMEO2 footprint. While this is a proprietary cut, it is a robust, direct-mount system. Some aftermarket adapter plates may be available to mount other micro red dots, but we recommend using the intended SIG optic for optimal fit and reliability.
How does the X-Series trigger differ from a standard P226?
The X-Series features a skeletonized flat trigger and the Short Reset Trigger (SRT) system. The flat face provides a consistent finger placement, while the SRT reduces the reset distance significantly. The result is a faster, more tactile reset that allows for quicker follow-up shots compared to the standard curved trigger.
I’ve heard these can be “tight.” Is that normal?
