Returns Policy

Highbridge Armory wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below and contact our support team to initiate the process.

30-Day Return Window: You may return unfired firearms and unused accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition they were received. All original manuals, accessories, and documentation must be included with the return.

Non-Returnable Items: For safety and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned: fired firearms, opened ammunition, used or installed parts and accessories, and any item that shows signs of use, damage, or modification. Custom-ordered or special-order items are also final sale unless they arrive defective.

How to Return: Contact [email protected] or call (270) 967-5334 to request a return authorization number (RA). Ship the item back to us with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer — you cannot ship a firearm to us via regular mail. We recommend insured shipping with tracking for all returns.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs at no additional charge to you. Manufacturer warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer, but our team is happy to assist with the process.
