Is the .380 ACP version as reliable as the 9mm P365?
Yes. The internal mechanics and magazine design are identical to the highly reliable 9mm model. The .380 ACP is a lower-pressure round, which often translates to even smoother and more consistent operation in this platform. Our staff uses this model in our shop demo Glock, which says enough about our confidence in it.
Does the manual safety get in the way?
No. The manual safety is low-profile and positively engaged. It requires a deliberate, downward swipe of the thumb to disengage, making it very unlikely to be accidentally deactivated in a holster. It’s an excellent feature for those new to carrying a striker-fired pistol or for anyone who prefers an added layer of security.
What holsters fit the P365-LUXE 380?
It is compatible with the vast majority of holsters made for the standard SIG P365. The external dimensions and controls are identical. The only difference is the internal chambering, so any holster that accommodates the P365’s slide width and trigger guard will fit this model perfectly.
