What optics mount directly to this slide?
This slide is machined for optics using the Shield RMSc footprint. This includes the SIG Sauer RomeoZero, Shield RMSc, and other optics that share that specific mounting pattern and screw placement. Always verify your specific optic’s footprint before purchase.
Does this come with a barrel or recoil spring assembly?
No. The P365-FUSE Direct is a slide assembly only. You will need your existing (or a new) P365 3.1-inch barrel and recoil spring assembly to complete the installation on your P365 FCU.
Will my existing P365 iron sights work with this slide?
You will need a new front sight post, as the direct-mount optic occupies the rear sight dovetail. The slide features an integrated rear sight notch behind the optic for co-witnessing. Ensure your chosen front sight is the correct height for your optic.
