This Remington 770 is a stainless bolt-action rifle in .270 Winchester with a 22-inch barrel and a black synthetic stock, serial M71923818, modern production. A scope mounting rail is fitted to the receiver, so glass goes on without drilling. The metal has minor handling marks, the bore is very good and the overall grade is very good. A Remington range bag is included.

Rifles are not legal for deer in New Jersey, so here the 770 is a practical, no-frills centerfire for the range or for a hunt across the state line. A 22-inch barrel keeps it handy in a truck or a blind, the stainless metal and synthetic stock resist weather, and the rail means you can mount the scope you already own. The range bag is a useful extra for carrying ammunition and tools to the line.
